Purchase your crafting materials from your GTN

There are numerous different professions players will be able to choose from in Swtor, a lot of in fact likely broken into three different sections, Gathering Skills, Crafting Skills and Mission Skills. Each with the three groups are rather self explanatory, on your own that may be a little confusing is Mission Skills, but I explain that down the road in the guide. If you exhaust Artifice Bonded Attachments, craft more as you go .Alternately, you may ignore all on the blue Prototype items and just craft the green Premium “filler” bonded attachments all the way to level 600.

I’ve frequently heard people say circumstances to the effect of unwilling to take a gathering skill apart from slicing to enable them to make a lot of credits, or often unwilling to level underworld trading being a mission skill yet taking synthweaving because their crafting profession. Unless you have landed with a busy server where supply on your crafting materials far outstrips the demand, it can be unlikely you’ll be able to purchase your crafting materials from your GTN more cheaply than running missions in your companions on their behalf.

Further, with the appropriate gathering skill, you’ll readily acquire a good quantity of the base materials for ones your profession as you go about your activities. Before you snatch up 6 rubat crystals from the GTN thinking you’ve gotten a whole lot, understand that you could have gotten 2-3 crystals at a 95c mission, or in addition to this just from running around.
